ENGLISH 101

TUESDAYS

Required textbooks:

1. A Cook’s Tour, Anthony Bourdain

2. Kitchen, Banana Yoshimoto

3. Rules for Writers, Diana Hacker 6^th edition or later with 2009 MLA update. The Trade-Tech custom edition.

This will be a hybrid class.  Students will meet in person once a week for two hours and also do work online.
